Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email and project description, plus any optional company, contact, location, quantity, specification, timing or NDA information you provide. It also records the originating website, page and form context. Attached documents may contain additional information selected by you.
Why the information is used
Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond to project questions and manage related follow-up. Avoid including unrelated sensitive personal information. If drawings are confidential, arrange any NDA you require before uploading them; checking an NDA request box does not create an agreement.
How the inquiry workflow handles files
The configured workflow saves the inquiry and selected files on the website server before acknowledging receipt, then attempts to synchronize them to the operator’s inquiry management system at crm.8pcba.com. Attachments are intended for private storage rather than the public WordPress media library. A successful submission acknowledgement confirms local receipt; it is not a promise of an immediate response or a completed quotation.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators manage inquiries and attachments for project handling. The inquiry component does not automatically delete received files after synchronization. Retention and removal requests therefore require administrator review, including any associated records or backups. Use the inquiry form to identify a previous request by reference and ask about access, correction or removal; do not attach unnecessary identity documents.
Site operation
The hosting platform and website may process technical request information necessary to operate and protect the service. WordPress administrative access uses authentication cookies. This page describes the inquiry workflow and should be reviewed when the site operator changes its data practices, adds analytics or introduces additional services.
For an inquiry about your submitted information, use the contact form and include the relevant inquiry reference if available.
